The internal quality of a college is assured by the performance of the students, teachers, academic departments, cells/units/committees and alumni association. The constructive activities of any stake holders leaves a positive impact on the NAAC score of the college. The record keeping and documentation system of the college should be strong enough so that today's activities can be projected to NAAC after 5 years in toto. Sometimes we can not showcase some activity that really took place 5 years back for lack of proper documents. Because of its unique and distinct advantages, the digital system of documentation is day by day replacing the traditional method of documentation in the form of pen and paper. NAAC has also upgraded its system to digital mode. So its time for us also to adapt and promote the digital system of documentation and record keeping. Its need of the hour to upgrade our method of documentation. We should be in a position so that we can access all records, on matter how old it is, from anywhere within click and with this intension this portal is developed.
